Management structure

C⁴U is a highly ambitious project bringing together researchers and industrial players from 21 different institutions, and seeking to establish close working relations between a range of partners, collaborators and stakeholders. C⁴U provides effective management to ensure the research activities and communications between institutions are carried out effectively.

The PMT comprises the Project Coordinator (PC) supported by a Project Manager (PM) and a Scientific Manager (SM). This team, based at the coordinating organisation, UCL, is responsible for the overall scientific/technical, financial, contractual and administrative management of the project, supporting the General Assembly (GA) and Executive Board (EB), and liaising with the EU Project Officer on behalf of the consortium.
