This initiative will be divided into 2 main sessions, the first one in which selected speakers will be sharing their experiences with the idea of inspiring (in particular) the young girls to consider pursuing STEM studies, irrespective of their gender. And the second will be an internal discussion based on the examples listened to in the previous session, guided by an expert, to try to detect problems and bias behind the successful stories.
